Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Search Staffing Pte Ltd ("Search Staffing", "we", "us", or "our"), a Singapore-based recruitment and HR consultancy agency. By engaging our services, you (“Client” or “Candidate”) agree to be bound by these Terms.-
1. Scope of Services
Search Staffing offers recruitment, talent acquisition, HR consulting, and workforce-related services. Our services are tailored for both employers and job seekers, subject to specific engagement terms. -
2. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.- Candidate and client information will be treated as confidential.
- We will not share personal data with third parties unrelated to the recruitment process without explicit consent.
- Candidates may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing.

3. Candidate Representation
- Resumes will only be submitted to employers with the candidate’s prior approval.
- Candidates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information submitted to us..
- There is no fee charged to candidates for any recruitment services.

4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including interviews and reference checks.
- Invoices for successful placements must be settled according to the agreed payment terms (typically 14 or 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated).

5. Placement Fees & Guarantee Period
- Placement fees are only applicable upon a successful hire.
- In the event a placed candidate leaves voluntarily or is terminated for just cause within the guarantee period (typically 3 months), Search Staffing will offer a one-time free replacement, subject to the same role and salary range.
- This guarantee excludes cases involving redundancy, restructuring, or changes in role scope.

6. Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly employ any of our consultants or referred candidates (outside of the agreed process) for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction, unless otherwise consented in writing. -
7. Fair Hiring Compliance
Search Staffing strictly adheres to Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) guidelines. We do not support or facilitate discriminatory hiring based on age, gender, race, nationality, religion, marital status, or disability. -
8. Limitation of Liability
Search Staffing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we conduct professional screening, final hiring decisions and responsibilities remain with the employer. -
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Any fees for services rendered before termination remain payable.. -
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
