Supply Chain Manager (Sourcing) - Tuas West
Our client is a medical devices company headquartered in Singapore and is on the verge of getting their medical devices approved and manufactured. This is a role in the Operations team in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Director and handling sourcing of parts required in the medical device.
Supply Chain Manager (Sourcing background)

- Reporting to the Senior Director, Program Management (based in Singapore), you will be responsible for sourcing to support NPI programs.
- You will establish & execute supply chain strategies for manufacturing projects which include Sourcing throughout product development cycle from concept to commercialization.
- Handling critical components sourcing from countries like Taiwan and China
- Develop suppliers’ capabilities to improve the Quality, Cost & Delivery.
- Setup long term partnership with contract manufacturers.
- Point of contact for sourcing and contracting for chemicals, electronics and other commodities.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 5-7 years’ experience in handling sourcing and procurement for NPI programs for the medical devices industry.
- Proven experience in sourcing for complete NPI programs (from start to manufacturing)
- Ability to speak Mandarin in order to liaise and deal with suppliers from China and Taiwan.
