Senior Embedded Software Engineer - Bluetooth Controller (Low level device drivers)

- Develop and debug low-level wireless software for 802.15.4, Thread and Bluetooth/BLE controllers on embedded silicon.
- Develop device drivers, HALs and firmware, including integration with peripherals such as I2C, SPI, UART, PDM and TDM.
- Debug complex RF/firmware issues using protocol sniffers, logic analyzers, JTAG, GDB and other hardware debugging tools.
- Perform code reviews, optimization, refactoring, bug fixing and develop automated unit, functional and interoperability tests.
- Work with validation, system, FAE and product teams to integrate wireless features, troubleshoot customer issues and resolve technical problems
Job Requirements

- 5+ years of low-level embedded software development, preferably working directly with wireless silicon, Bluetooth/BLE Controller or 802.15.4 MAC/PHY software.
- Strong experience with Thread, Zigbee or IEEE 802.15.4, including debugging with RF/protocol sniffers and protocol analyzers.
- Hands-on experience developing device drivers, HAL/LL firmware and deeply embedded C/C++, with strong GDB, JTAG and hardware debugging skills.
- Experience with Zephyr, Git, unit testing/CI and embedded peripheral interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, PDM, TDM, etc.
- Strong understanding of wireless/RF performance, power optimization and firmware debugging; Bluetooth/BLE Controller or RF tuning/calibration experience is a strong advantage
