NPI Project Manager
Our client has been operating in Singapore for close to 40 years, supporting leading high-tech OEMs in the semiconductor and analytical industries. Originally rooted insheet-metal and mechanical manufacturing, they have since progressively moved up the value chain into complex mechatronics and system assembly.
Today our client operates as a one-stop, vertically integrated contract manufacturing partner, delivering precision mechanical and mechatronic assemblies for semiconductor and medical equipment.

- Lead NPI projects end-to-end — from initial customer requirements through development, transfer and production launch.
- Drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep projects on track.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks and budgets, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time.
- Work closely with customers and suppliers, keeping everyone aligned and resolving issues quickly.
- Ensure a smooth transition to production while driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
-
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor, electronics or contract manufacturing with hands-on NPI or manufacturing project experience, ideally involving new product introduction or production transfer.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering changes
