NPI Mechantronics Engineer

1. Lead and coordinate NPI engineering activities from prototype build through production ramp-up, acting as the technical focal point for customers and internal teams.
2. Drive design and process readiness, including DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, process flow definition, work instructions, and tooling/fixture development.
3. Plan and execute prototype, pilot, and qualification builds, ensuring build readiness, data analysis, troubleshooting, and smooth transition to mass production.
4. Ensure process validation, quality compliance, and documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ, PFMEA, PCP, FAI, PPAP, and customer audits.
5. Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization through Lean, Six Sigma, yield enhancement, cycle-time reduction, and automation initiatives.

1. 1. Strong knowledge of semiconductor and mechatronics assembly processes, including wire bonding, die attach, SMT, cleanroom practices, and complex mechatronic systems.
   2. Hands-on experience in NPI project management within semiconductor or contract manufacturing environments.
   3. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (mechanical, electronics, controls, pneumatics, hydraulics) with ability to read drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
   4. Proficiency in DFM/DFX principles, process validation, ERP planning, and development of E-BOM and M-BOM.
   5. Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including customer-facing technical discussions and root cause analysis.
