Indoor Sales Executive

1. Handle customer enquiries on rates, routings, schedules and space availability.
2. Prepare and follow up on quotations and spot rate requests.
3. Follow up with customers on potential and upcoming shipment opportunities.
4. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular calls and communication.
5. Assist the Reservations team with cargo bookings, amendments and booking follow-up when required.
6. Support booking coordination for both direct and interline shipments.
7. Work closely with Reservations on space availability, booking priorities and flight requirements.
8. Monitor customer booking, tonnage and revenue performance.
9. Gather market intelligence on competitor rates, capacity and market conditions.

1. 1. Minimum Diploma Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
   2. Minimum 1–3 years in air cargo sales, customer service, or cargo reservations within an airline, GSA, or freight forwarder.
   3. Basic understanding of airfreight pricing, spot rating, routings, and space capacity constraints.
   4. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with cargo reservation systems.
   5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships and negotiate rates.
   6. Proactive attitude for sales follow-ups and identifying shipment opportunities.
   7. Good team player capable of collaborating closely with internal reservations and operations teams
