The company is a leading American multi-national in the field of industrial automation as well as integrated control solutions. With more than 20,000 employees globally and presence in Singapore for more than 30 years; we have the following opening within the Product Quality team in Singapore.

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager (Based in Singapore), your responsibilities include:
- Own product strategy & portfolio – Define roadmap, pricing, margins, and lifecycle to drive global growth.
- Lead Agile product management – Translate customer/market needs into features and align with engineering for execution.
- Drive new product introductions (NPI) – Ensure successful launches, from development to go-to-market readiness.
- Manage product lifecycle – Oversee optimization, cost improvements, and end-of-life decisions.
- Cross-functional& market engagement – Work with global teams, customers, and sales to validate strategy and maximize adoption.
Job Requirements
-
- Technical background – Degree in Engineering (orrelated) with experience in industrial automation or similar systems with 8+years (preferred), familiarity with Agile/SAFe, analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Product & strategy experience – Ability to translate market insights into product direction and business outcomes.
- Relevant domain knowledge – Exposure to drives, PLCs, industrial networks, or IIoT is advantageous.
- Collaboration & communication – Proven ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
