Electrical Field Technician

1. Perform troubleshooting of panels, controls, and electrical assemblies
2. Conduct corrective actions or repairs using approved equipment and methods.
3. Document all findings and corrective actions accurately (computer logs, forms, photographs, video whenever possible).
4. Refer to assembly drawing and schematics.
5. Comply with LOTO (Lock‑Out Tag‑Out) procedures.
6. Complete documentation requirements, both paper and electronic.
7. Provide reports on same day as repairs are conducted.
8. Connect and disconnect a variety of cables, harnesses, and test interfaces.

1. 1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
   2. Electrical background or prior manufacturing floor experience (Assembly, Verification, and Inspection).
   3. Ability to comply with all company safety standards and WSH regulations.
   4. Mechanical/electrical sub‑assembly knowledge.
   5. Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical layout drawings and schematics.
   6. Familiarity with Red Tag / Non‑conformance tagging systems.
   7. Ability to understand and apply work instructions.
   8. Competence using common hand and power tools (drills, torque tools, etc.).
   9. Ability to read and use quality checklists.
   10. Strong experience in testing department and knowledge of panel assembly operations and functions.
   11. Experience in Itoolsm CCI, Pheonix Contract, Flir Software and ERP system
