Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings and booking amendments.
  2. Provide customers with rates, flight schedules, routing and space availability.
  3. Coordinate bookings with airlines and other service providers.
  4. Monitor shipments from booking through uplift and onward movement.
  5. Provide customers with timely shipment status and flight updates.
  6. Ensure booking and shipment information is accurately maintained.
  7. Liaise closely with sales, airlines and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  8. Support the sales team with quotations, rate enquiries and potential shipment opportunities
Job Requirements
    1. Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 1–2 years in air cargo customer service, reservations, or sales support (applicants from freight forwarders, GSAs, or airlines are preferred.
    3. Basic knowledge of airfreight booking procedures, rate quotations, flight schedules, and space availability.
    4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with cargo booking/ERP systems.
    5. Strong communication skills for daily interaction with airlines, sales teams, and customers.
    6. Good organizational skills to accurately maintain booking data and track shipment movements.
    7. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward resolving shipment updates and enquiries
