Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain data pipelines (SQL/Python/APIs) connecting PLM, ERP, supplier platforms, and external databases
  2. Analyse component attributes (electrical, mechanical, lifecycle, cost, lead time, supplier performance) to detect risks and inconsistencies
  3. Drive data quality initiatives including cleansing, validation rules, and automated checks
  4. Assess BOMs and material trends to identify obsolescence and supply risks
  5. Develop dashboards (e.g. Power BI/Tableau) for cost, lifecycle, and supplier insights
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve cost, lead time, and supplier performance
  7. Work with IT to streamline data flow, system setup, and integration
  8. Maintain data standards, documentation, and best practices
Job Requirements
    1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials, or related field
    2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in component engineering, master data, or analytics within a hardware environment
    3. Solid understanding of electronic components and supplier landscape
    4. Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data tools (SQL; Python preferred)
    5. Familiar with BOM structures, engineering change processes, and PLM/ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle)
    6. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data governance focus
    7. Able to manage projects and work across multiple teams
