Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead embedded firmware functional testing activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects.

     

  2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks based on product requirements and engineering standards.

     

  3. Analyze test results, debug failures, manage defect reporting, and perform regression testing to ensure product quality.

     

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to review requirements, improve test coverage, and support continuous integration initiatives.

     

  5. Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and quality metrics.
Job Requirements
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

       

    2. 5+ years of embedded software or firmware testing experience, including leading test activities for complex projects.

       

    3. Strong knowledge of test automation, embedded systems, Agile development, and scripting with Python.

       

    4. Experience developing test plans, test cases, debugging firmware issues, and using defect tracking tools.

       

    5. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with experience working in cross-functional engineering teams
