Account Executive - 6months contract
We are representing our client in the hydraulic filtration and power transmission industry in search of Accounts Executive. This is a 6 month contract role.

- Handling our Accounts Receivable and Payable, invoices, payments, chasing what’s outstanding
- Reconciling accounts and helping close out the books each month
- Keeping our records accurate and up to date in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Coordinating with our external accountant to gather and organize the documents Headquarters needs for group reporting
Job Requirements

- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or its elated
- At least 2 years’ experience with AR/AP or general accounting
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in XBRL reporting is advantages.
- Comfortable communicating with people outside the company (accountant, auditors) and with colleagues in HQ
