Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop secure system software and software architecture for cyber security products and solutions.
  2. Define software architecture, evaluate technologies, and ensure scalable, reliable and maintainable system designs.
  3. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  4. Review software designs, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvements in system performance and security.
  5. Mentor engineers, promote software engineering best practices, and contribute to technical planning and project execution.
Job Requirements
    1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with minimum 8 years of experience in software development and also in a software architecture / software technical lead role in new product development projects.
    2.  

      Strong experience in system software development using C/C++ on embedded Linux or embedded platform.

    3. Good understanding of software architecture, operating systems, networking, and secure software design principles.
    4. Experience leading technical projects and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
    5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a passion for developing high-quality software solutions.
    6. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be Singapore Citizens and able to meet the requirements for government security clearance.
