Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement local medical affairs strategies, supporting product launches and lifecycle activities in alignment with affiliate and regional plans.
  2. Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and patient organizations, representing company at congresses, advisory boards, and key events.
  3. Provide medical training and education to internal and external stakeholders, including development of scientific content and ensuring compliance with local guidelines.
  4. Oversee non-interventional studies, provide clinical insights for trial planning and site identification, and contribute to publications and medical projects.
Job Requirements
    1. Medical Doctor (MD) or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field is highly preferred.
    2. Minimum 3–5 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated success in product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
    3. Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in diabetes, obesity, or rare diseases, combined with strategic thinking and business acumen.
