Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver technical, product, and warranty training for technicians, service consultants, and dealer networks.
  2. Provide second-level technical diagnostics and troubleshooting support to workshops, resolving complex issues and minimising vehicle downtime.
  3. Act as a technical liaison to shop floor operations, including coordinating test drives to validate customer concerns.
  4. Support daily operations by liaising with internal and external parties on procurement of tools, lubricants, and equipment, and resolving workshop IT matters.
  5. Manage documentation for technical reports, warranty claims, and recall submissions to brand principals.
  6. Conduct warranty audits to ensure compliance with principal standards and claim requirements.
  7. Provide professional technical advice to front reception and customer service teams when needed.
Job Requirements
    1. Diploma or above in Automotive, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or supervisory role within the automotive industry.
    3. Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
    4. Confident engaging with customers and stakeholders on technical matters.
