Purchasing Manager

1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to localize and optimize the supplier base across APAC.
2. Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers for electrical components, wire harnesses, plastics, and metal parts.
3. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, cost competitiveness, and timely delivery.
4. Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation.
5. Manage the full procurement cycle, including the creation and processing of purchase orders.
6. Track shipments and resolve any delivery or supply chain issues that may arise.
7. Maintain accurate documentation on purchasing activities, pricing structures, and inventory levels.
8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers to optimize value.
9. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as production, inventory, and finance teams to align purchasing activities with operational requirements.
10. Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry pricing and potential new vendors.
11. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal controls and applicable regulations.
12. Support cost control efforts and contribute to procurement-related budgeting.

1. 1. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
   2. Proven experience in sourcing and supplier management within contract manufacturing (CM), electronics manufacturing services (EMS), or control panel industries.
   3. Strong supplier network and industry contacts across Southeast Asia or the wider APAC region.
   4. Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and meet strategic objectives.
   5. Familiarity with modern sourcing strategies and procurement workflows.
   6. Proficient in using ERP systems or procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, etc.).
   7. Solid understanding of import/export regulations.
   8. Professional certifications such as APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or ISM Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are advantageous.
   9. Willingness to travel if needed.
