NPI Manager
We are seeking an experienced NPI Managerto lead new product introduction and production readiness activities. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth transitions from product development to volume manufacturing, meeting key objectives in quality, cost, and delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to drive manufacturing excellence.

- Lead and manage NPI projects from prototype to mass production, ensuring timely manufacturing readiness.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to enhance manufacturability and cost effectiveness.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, assembly workflows, and production standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in yield, productivity, and product quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure readiness and consistency during production ramp-up.
- Oversee process validation, PFMEA, control plans, and related manufacturing documentation.
- Identify and resolve production issues to ensure stable and scalable operations.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to achieve operational and NPI milestones.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, or NPI management.
- Background in contract manufacturing (CM), electronics manufacturing services (EMS), or industrial / control system environments preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes for electrical components, plastics, metals, and enclosures.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
