This is a 3 months contract position (Extendable by another 3 months) from December 2025 to March 2026. Our client is a German MNC and are looking to hire 2 temporary staff to assist them on an assignment for ensuring origin documentation are in place with regards to European awl.

Key Responsibilities
  1. The EUDR requires companies to prove that key commodities and related products are free from deforestation.
  2. Receive supplier information and check for consistency
  3. Upload of the relevant files to external testing platform and retrieve results
  4. Follow up with suppliers who do not provide information on time
  5. In the event of problems; escalate to senior colleagues for solutions
  6. Upload validated files into EU-Traces system and retrieve response
  7. Handover response from EU-Traces to Supply Chain Department for further processing
  8. Track all steps in a tracking file
Job Requirements
    1. Able to commit minimum 3 months contract from December 2025 to March 2026 and potentially to June 2026.
    2. Proficient in Excel and need to ensure data accuracy
    3. Able to use the MS Office package, in particular Outlook, Teams, Word
    4. Good communication skills in English
    5. Fast learner
    6. Analytical skills to detect potential problems
Other information
  1. Salary of up to S$ 2,800
  2. 5 days week; Mondays to Fridays – normal working hours
  3. 1 day of Annual Leave / month – if you finished 3 months contract
  4. Salary and CPF will be under recruitment agency for this contract
