With more than a decade of experience in working in a Human Resources Business Partnering function, as well as in a Recruitment Agency, Vincent is focused in hiring for the Research & Development (R&D) Engineering sector in Singapore. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. Vincent is familiar with high volume recruitment for the ramping up of R&D teams in Singapore, having recruited more than 150 Engineers annually during his time in Continental Automotive Singapore.

Jasmine Lim
Jasmine graduated with a Bachelor in Commerce (Human Resources & Management) and brings with her more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources (HR). Equipped with both in-house and headhunting experience, she has done hiring for her clients both locally and overseas, and is familiar in hiring for the Sales, Finance and HR functions. As a former recruitment manager at Emerson Process Management, she is familiar with hiring for the process automation industry, and working closely with businesses partnering HR. Annabel Tan
Annabel has accumulated a wealth of experience in recruitment of over 10 years. Prior to this, Annabel completed her diploma in Electronics, Computer and Communications, and graduated with a Bachelor in Business Studies from Monash University. Having kick-started her first recruitment career with Adecco Personnel and Manpower Staffing where she specialised in technical, information technology, banking, and generic roles across industries, Annabel is equipped with strong recruitment and selection skills to meet the demands of fulfilling client’s high volume recruitment needs, even while working under tight timelines. Joining the recruitment industry has since opened many doors for Annabel and she was given the opportunity to work as an in-house Recruitment and Operations Specialist, providing hiring and crewing needs for international offshore drilling exploration operations for over 2 years. After gaining valuable experience in both in-house and external consultancy, Annabel joined Search Staffing and has had numerous successes in recruitment for engineering research and development, commercial medical devices quality assurance, and various electronics manufacturing industries in Singapore.

Having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Eveline started off her career in marketing, before finding her passion in connecting with people from all walks of life. This led her to make a switch to headhunting. Through mentorship at Search Staffing, she is now specialised in working with companies in the Medical Device and Biotechnology industry in Singapore, for roles ranging from engineering, research to commercial function. She has a proven track record for MNCs and local start-ups. Other portfolios include R&D, Genomics and Tech. She takes pride in spending time to understand both client and candidate before recommending candidates and job opportunities respectively.

Venus is a skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in the logistics and Recruitment industry. She holds a Diploma in Logistics Management, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to various organizations throughout her career.
Venus first started her career in the recruitment industry working with Talent Trader where she specialized in placing construction and engineering talent.
Currently she provides recruitment solutions across various industries especially in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering and Supply Chain.

Specialist headhunter with more than 10 years of experience; having worked for local & MNC search firms.
Prior to recruitment, SH had a demonstrated history of working in the banking & finance industry.

During her free time, SH is an avid baker and always on the lookout for good food.
